Education
As a former third-grade teacher and mom of three, I know the value of a strong public education system. I will always fight to invest in our kids, raise teacher pay, and keep politics out of the classroom.
Reproductive Freedom
We must stand up for reproductive freedom. I believe that reproductive health care decisions should be left to women and their doctors – not the government.
Healthcare
Healthcare is a human right. I am deeply committed to ensuring every Virginian has access to the services they need, no matter how much money you earn.

Meet Kelly
I’m a mother, advocate, and policy-maker. As a lifelong member of the Virginia Beach community, I understand the struggles of my constituents because I’ve lived through many of those same experiences myself.
As a Delegate, what guides me is the belief that the central function of elected officials is to improve the lives of their constituents. I’m running for re-election in 2023 because I remain dedicated to the service of others.
